2. An order form, with your selections listed, will appear. Add your contact information:
your full name
your LHE property address
an e-mail address that you check regularly and/or
a daytime phone number where you can be reached
and print two copies, keeping one copy for your records.
3. Write a check for the Total Amount Due, payable to "LAKE HARMONY ESTATES P.O.A." and mail it with a copy of the order form to:
