Dear Community Member:
The Lake Harmony Estates Property Owners Association Board of Directors is pleased to present the LHEPOA “Community Book of Governance” for your review and incorporation into your Community living experience at Lake Harmony Estates. This book is the result of a concerted effort amongst many Community leaders (past and current) professional management staff and legal resource professionals.
The Community Book of Governance is reflective of our Vision Statement, which reads as follows:
“The Lake Harmony Estates Community shall be an attractive and well maintained Four Season Lake Community. The quality of the environment shall be protected and the safety and well-being of the Community and its Members ensured. The Community and Community Members will be caring, friendly and family oriented. The Property Owners Association shall provide professional, efficient and financially stable management with concern for maintaining property values. The Lake Harmony Estates Property Owners Association shall make every effort to communicate issues of interest and importance to and from the Community Members on a timely basis.
The book’s purpose is to provide advance guidance to our Community Members as to how you contribute to maintaining and supporting the Community Vision. The collection of community documents incorporated within this book all have legal basis for their existence. We trust you will utilize the Community Book of Governance as your primary resource for addressing Community-based questions, seeking direction or introducing new friends.
As a final note, changes to Rules, Regulations and Guidelines will be made from time to time. As these changes occur, the LHEPOA Board of Directors will promulgate the changes by letter, by posting on our website and providing you with a copy of a new insert page to replace the outdated page.
With Best Regards,
Lake Harmony Estates POA Board of Directors
